this involves two rounds of interviews — with our recruiters and hiring manager
— providing you the opportunity to get to know us better as well. Depending on
the role, the process may also include an online assessment and/or a business
case to further evaluate your skills and suitability.
Step 3: Salary proposition
Once you've convinced us that you're a great match for Beiersdorf, we’ll present you with a salary proposition.
